ELISSA OCKLESHAW
As a former client-side marketer herself, Elissa loves to immerse herself in the worlds of those we work with, listening and learning to discover what makes them tick. Drawing from a wealth of insight earned over a career building successful brands, coupled with a challenge-embracing mindset, she develops meaningful strategic and creative solutions that set clients up for success.
Following a double degree in Arts/Commerce, Elissa began her career in public relations and marketing, working client side in the health and beauty sector. Hopping over to agency side, Elissa worked with several global consumer brands before unearthing a passion for driving compelling marketing and communication strategies in the NFP and education sectors. A deep thinker and an innovative marketer, Elissa understands what it takes to build brands that reflect clients’ truths and resonate with their communities.
TAMIKA WEBB
Tamika is a savvy, strategic marketer with more than 20 years’ experience helping brands connect with clarity and purpose. She started her career client-side, working with FMCG brands as a fresh graduate before heading to London, where she spent five years in some of the city’s biggest ad agencies leading high-profile campaigns and sharpening her craft.
After completing a double degree in Marketing and Management at Monash University, Tamika developed a deep understanding of what makes a brand resonate — from the inside out. Today, she brings that big-brand thinking to purpose-driven organisations, helping them launch, grow, and communicate with meaning and impact.
She’s known for her sharp strategic mind, clear eye for storytelling, and calm, collaborative energy. Tamika loves the early spark — that moment when a brand starts to take shape — and she’s passionate about turning ideas into messaging that feels both true and compelling.
